Our founder and lead provider is Tiziano Marovino who is the only AAIPM board certified PT diplomate in pain management in Michigan and is the former director of the largest pain therapy center in the state.

Our center was founded on the premise that almost 10-15% of physical therapy patients do not respond well to the typical "functional approach" currently taught by our schools. Function is most important, but there is no function unless pain is controlled, and this is how we are different.

Our facility is involved in state of the art medical device research and we perform this on behalf of some of the largest and most prominent pain journals in the world. We have technology that is simply not available anywhere else...but here. Our patients are the benefactors since we combine this exciting technology including regenerative therapies, with our more conventional manual/exercise and alternative treatments to bring every chronic pain patient a unique blending of innovative, effective and clinically proven regimens. Our treatment interventions are constantly being evaluated so that we offer only the best possible treatment combinations for our patients.

We are a powerful thought leadership team that transcends beyond day to day patient treatments. We leverage our patient interactions to generate important clinical data used to uncover transformative relationships between exposures (treatments) and outcomes. We provide data driven analytics that offer insights into which treatments work the best on which patients by using effect size analysis and much more. We have well over 100 publications in medical, Chiropractic, Massage and Physical Therapy journals and give regular presentations around the globe including the World Congresses of Physical Therapy. We are not your traditional physical therapy center. Our prior PT company was the only Michigan based PT company that won national excellence awards (3 of them) between 2004 and 2013 at which time they were acquired by another firm.
